Can only be summoned by Lucky Seven and cannot be found naturally.

When summoned, it will shoot coin projectiles around it for a short time, after which the machine will self-destroy, causing many coin tears to burst around.

Interacting with the machine will cause it to self-destruct prematurely.

With specific active items, it will become a different type of machine:
• IV Bag — will turn into a Blood Donation Machine that creates a large pool of damaging red creep around it. Self-destruction makes it burst into blood projectiles.
• Crystal Ball — will turn into a Fortune Telling Machine that summons beams of light onto enemies akin to Crack the Sky. Self-destruction makes it summon multiple beams.
• Keeper's Box — will turn into a Donation Machine that summons friendly unmarked Ultra Greed Coins. Self-destruction makes it summon additional Coins.
• Tammy's Head — will turn into a Crane Game that grabs nearby enemies with its claws. Grabbed enemies will have restricted movement. Self-destruction makes it deal 7 damage to grabbed enemies.
• The Gamekid — will turn into an Electrifier that zaps around with long 120 Volt lasers. Self-destruction makes it burst into multiple zaps.
