Whenever any of Isaac's pickup counts ends in a 7, Isaac has a chance to shoot golden tears that spawn a Lucky Seven Slot machine when they hit enemies.

This is indicated by the pickup counter sparkling on the HUD.

Certain active items change the type of spawned machine.
