Holding down a fire button creates an orange aura around Isaac that burns nearby enemies.

While the aura is small, Isaac has a chance to fire wax tears that burn and slow enemies.

The chance starts at 30% with 0 luck and goes up to 70% at 28 luck.

Each tear fired has a 10% chance to make the aura larger, replacing the chance for wax tears with +1.5 tears.

The large aura lasts up to 5 seconds.
