After getting hit lost Heart will be dropped and have special effects depending on their type:
• Red heart explodes into a volley of bloody tears and leaves a red creep
• Soul heart causes a crack the sky beam, creates a wiggling ring of piercing tears and leaves water creep
• Black heart fires four lasers in a + pattern and turns dead enemies into Dark Spirits familiars
• Bone heart fires of 5 bone bullets, creates 6 bone orbitals and has a 30% chance to turn into a Bone heart pickup
• Eternal heart fires four angelic lasers in a x pattern, creates 1-3 random hearts and leaves slowing white creep
• Rotten heart spawns 6 blue flies and 3 - 5 blue spiders
• Gold heart explodes, creates a few random pennies and leaves a random item for sale
