While holding a fire button, crystal tears grow around Isaac every 0.5 seconds. The direction of the crystal tears can be rotated by the fire buttons.
Upon releasing the fire button, shoots all crystal tears outward.
Each crystal tear deals 2x Isaac's damage and applies an Oripathy effect on the enemy it hits.
Enemies with the Oripathy effect take 2 + EnemyMaxHealth x 3% damage every second and grow crystal tears on themselves. All crystal tears on an enemy will be shot outwards when the enemy is killed.
