Fragment of Desire is a passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When Isaac uses a Gluttony or Rupture active item:
• Gain (Quality * 3) damage for two rooms.
• All enemies in the room gain 1 Rupture Potency and (Quality + 1) Rupture Count.
