Up to 5 jokers can be stored inside the inventory.

The vouchers and boosters won't spawn if the item was directly given to Isaac, via code or console. He has to touch the pedestal to obtain the pickups.

While heldChampion enemies have a 6.66% chance to drop a random booster pack or voucher when killed.

50% Chance for bosses to drop either a random joker or a random booster pack when killed.

All cards sold in shops are replaced with booster packs.

Most of the jokers are stored in the inventory when used, and can be sold by holding the Drop button.
This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
