Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and glides across the room in the direction of the first tear fired and returns to Isaac upon hitting a wall.

The familiar deals 7 contact damage to enemies and will pierce through them if it kills them, or bounce back if it doesn't.

Can block enemy projectiles, even when stationary.

Can retrieve pickups.
Unlock: Defeat ??? as The Forgotten.
