Takes Isaac to a unique shooting range minigame room, where he is given a revolver and must shoot all red targets before time runs out, using limited ammo. If all red targets are destroyed within the time limit, Isaac will win the minigame, and the Rancher will grant a reward once Isaac leaves the shooting range.

Shooting range layouts can have black targets which cannot be destroyed. Red targets which move will bounce off of black targets.

The rancher gives better rewards depending on how many times Isaac has won the minigame, also increasing the difficulty of the minigame if played again. The rancher will not give anything if Isaac loses.

1 win: 2-3 bombs or keys.
2 wins: 1-2 tarot cards in addition to 2-3 bombs or keys.
3 wins: An item from the Rancher item pool.

After 3 wins, the Rancher will leave. The rancher will also if the minigame is lost twice.
Unlock: Defeat Mega Satan as The Sheriff.
