Stores Soul Hearts and Black Hearts to use as charges for active items, maxing out at 6 charges:
• Half Soul Hearts grant 1 charge.
• Full Soul Hearts grant 2 charges.
• Black Hearts grant 3 charges.
• Immortal Hearts grant 6 charges.

Using the drop button supplies the charges to the active item.
