Can only be spawned by using The Soul spectral card.

Upon first entering a special room, spawns a moveable TNT barrel that "contains" a copy of Isaac's held consumable, as long as that consumable isn't a joker, Black Hole or The Soul.

The barrel explodes instantly, leaving behind friendly red creep and firing red tears into 8 directions.

The barrel's explosion can potentially hurt Isaac if he's fast enough to get close to it before it explodes.
