The Addict gains 1 active item charge whenever they use a pill, but any active items they pick up aside from Mom's Bottle of Pills, Placebo, or Mega Mush become single-use pocket active items.

Any trinkets that spawn will be replaced with random pills, except for Liberty Cap and Safety Cap.

A random pill will be spawned in the starting room and Treasure Room of each floor.
