The chance to drop a Soul Heart starts at 8% with 0 luck, and goes up to 100% with 46 luck.

Grants enemies a chance to drop a Half Red Heart upon death. This chance depends on the enemies' base health points:
• <10 HP → 1% chance
• 10-29 HP → 5% chance
• 30+ HP → 10% chance
