Creates 2 portals at the beginning of each floor. They can spawn at random with different colors, each taking Isaac to a different room:
• Red: Boss Room.
• Yellow: Treasure Room.
• Blue: Secret Room.

The portals disappear once the starting room is left.

From Chapter 4 onward, only 1 portal will spawn.
