Description
The Collector gains 1 active item charge whenever they use a card, but they will not take any active items aside from Deck of Cards, Blank Card, or Prayer Card.

Any trinkets that spawn will be replaced with random cards, except for Ace of Spades and Fragmented Card.

A random Active Item Card will be spawned in the starting room and Treasure Room of each floor.
