When Isaac bumps into this beggar, a list of Isaac's items will appear. Selecting an item from the list and pressing the drop input or CTRL button will make the beggar take the item.

After taking 2-3 items, the beggar will drop an item from a variety of possible item pools including Devil Room, Angel Room, Secret Room, Library, and Curse Room.

It disappears after dropping 3 items.
