Description
Tainted Remiel attacks by firing large Brimstone balls which move slowly, but deal continuous damage.

Angel Rooms will not spawn (unless holding Duality), and whenever a Devil Deal item is taken they gain 1 Black Heart after the trade.

Any Bone or Eternal Hearts that spawn or are gained by Tainted Remiel are replaced with Black Hearts.
