Continuously shooting for 1.5 seconds allows Isaac to fire a trail of red creep and a splash of blood tears when the fire buttons are released.

Blood tears will keep firing endlessly until the red creep trail hits an obstacle.

Only the blood tears mimic Isaac's tear stats and effects but not tear replaces.

The creep deals 4% of Isaac's damage, 10 times per second. This damage cannot be less than 0.25.

The tears' damage is equal to Isaac's damage.
