Getting hit in Dark Room/Chest while in the starting room guarantees a full key familiar ( Key Piece 1 + Key Piece 2).

Getting hit in Mausoleum/Gehenna II while in a boss room guarantees a full knife familiar ( Knife Piece 1 + Knife Piece 2).

Grants an additional familiar both on pickup & getting hit for each copy.
