Button Masher is a trinket in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Automatically uses Isaac's active items and any held consumables.

Items are divided into multiple categories based on when they should be activated:
• Blacklisted - not used automatically.
• Immediately when charged.
• Continuously used in cleared rooms.
• Used once at room start.
• Continuously used as long as Isaac has Red Hearts.
• Continuously used as long as Isaac has heart containers.
• Isaac was hit.
• Isaac collides with a grid entity.
• Isaac encounters an item pedestal.

Items that are continuously used in cleared rooms can be temporarily paused by holding down the drop button.
