Isaac receives a massive knockback opposite to the direction he's shooting.

For each tear shot, there is a 26% chance of spawning an additional homing and explosive technology laser; this chance goes up to 98% at 5 luck.

This effect lasts for 7.5 seconds and is known as overhaul mode.

Killing an enemy while in overhaul mode will increase the duration of the effect by 0.67 seconds. The duration cannot be increased by more than 10 seconds.

The item is charged by dealing damage to enemies instead of clearing rooms or picking up batteries. To fully charge it, Isaac must deal damage equal to 1000 hit points; if overhaul mode is active no charge is gained.

This item does not grant explosion damage immunity.
