While Isaac is attacking, poop projectiles will be shot in the opposite direction. This happens around 3.6 times per second; this rate goes up to 30 times per second at 25 luck.

Poop projectiles do 1 damage and apply the filthy debuff for 5 seconds.

Enemies with this status effect will also have the weakness debuff and spawn boosting brown creep which lasts for 10 seconds on their positions.

Killing a filthy enemy will spawn a Tainted ??? poop, except for the explosive gas variant; these poops can only collide with enemies and not with Isaac. 

If the filthy debuff wears off, Dip familiars will spawn on the enemy's position.
This item contributes towards the Oh Crap transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac the ability to heal half a heart by destroying poop piles.
