• Perfect: Within 0-1/15 seconds difference.
• Great: Within 1/15-1/6 seconds difference.
• Good: Within 1/6-4/15 seconds difference.
• Bad: Within 4/15-11/30 seconds difference.
• Miss: Within 11/30-0.5 seconds difference.

When the judgment is not a Miss, fires additional attacks in 10 directions around Isaac based on the result:
• Perfect: Holy beam of light akin to Revelation.
• Great: Beam of light akin to Crack the Sky.
• Good: Holy tear akin to Holy Light.
• Bad: Normal tear.

This item contributes towards the Musician transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +1 fire rate, and make him shoot piercing and spectral sonic tears with wider size.
