Makes enemies release 1-16 friendly tears in random directions upon death. Tears appear as large red blood clots which may make them hard to distinguish from enemy projectiles. They also inherit Isaac's tear effects thus may appear in a different color.

The amount of tears released is based on the enemy's max health points.

Burst tears deal a set amount of damage: 3.2 + 0.3 × CurrentStage.

If an enemy is killed while affected by a status effect, the burst tears will inherit that status effect.
