Rerolls every item pedestal in the current room, similar to the The D6.

Each item pedestal has a 20% chance to spawn a duplicate of the item it rerolls into. This can happen only once per item use.

There is a chance for the item to use itself 5 times in quick succession, with a 10% chance to duplicate item pedestals instead. The chance for this to occur is based on the number of item pedestals in the room, and is equal to 6% + 4% × NumberOfItemPedestals. Once the effect ends, the item is consumed in the process.

If the item has been consumed, it has a 25% chance to respawn in the starting room of a future floor.
