Every new room will contain Skitterpill enemies that drop pills upon death that disappear after 2 seconds.

Spider-pill enemies drop bad pills, and Angel-pill enemies drop good/neutral pills.

The number of Skiterpill enemies starts at 1, and is increased by +1 with every room, up to a maximum of 5.

Using a pill immediately kills all Skiterpill enemies and guarantees that none of them will spawn in the next room.

Killing all other enemies will make all Skiterpill enemies disappear without dropping anything.
