Firing for the first time in an active room will shoot out 4 lasers in the ordinal directions, dealing 8 damage per tick (2 ticks total).

Doing so will also activate the effects of Dull Razor.

Additional effects are activated if Isaac has certain items:
• The Virus: the closest enemy is poisoned for 4 seconds, dealing 5 damage per tick.
• Midas' Touch: the closest enemy is Midas-frozen for 4 seconds.
• E. Coli: converts the closest enemy into poop, or Golden Poop if combined with Midas' Touch.
• The Black Bean: produces a fart that deals 5 damage to nearby enemies, whilst also poisoning them for 4 seconds, dealing 4 damage per tick.
