Bombs can absorb tears and enemy projectiles. Doing so will increase their size and damage.

Bomb damage is increased by exactly the amount of damage absorbed. For example, if Isaac shot a tear at it that deals 3.5 damage, the bomb explosion will deal 103.5 damage.

Enemy projectiles count as flat 7 damage.

The minimum absorption damage is 0.5 - tears that deal less damage will contribute with +0.5 to the bomb's damage.

Bombs create creep when they absorb damage, however this creep does not deal any damage to enemies.

There is no upper limit for the bomb size and damage.
