• : shoots a bunch of fires in the direction Isaac is moving.
• : spawns 3 Blue Spiders and a Rotten Heart.
• : spawns a Grab Bag.
• : spawns a random pill.
• : invokes the effect of Sharp Straw 1 to 3 times.
• : 50% chance to grant a Black Heart, 50% chance to grant a Gold Heart.
• : duplicates a random pickup in the room.
• : spawns a trinket that's white and/or yellow.
• : 30% chance to grant +1¢.
Costs 30¢ when found in a Shop.
