Description
Does not appear in the character selection screen. It can be accessed via the Handle With Care challenge, or by reviving via Cursed Urn or Shattered Cursed Urn.

Does not have any health. Colliding with any obstacle, wall, or enemy will cause China to take damage and add a Broken Heart container.

Reaching 12 Broken Heart containers will result in China's death.

China does not collide with pits, and she instead falls into them and takes damage.

Each room cleared has a 15% chance to replace the room clear reward with Horse Push-Pop that can be used to remove Broken Heart containers.

China can unlock doors from a greater distance in order to avoid taking damage from them.

China's hitbox is 20% smaller.

Can take Devil Deals for free, however other items offered will disappear once one is taken.

Can eat horses (secret Stable Mode) by touching them which instantly kills them and leaves a puddle of slowing glue creep on the ground.
