Causes up to 3 fireballs to spawn around Isaac while he is shooting.

The spawn rate of fireballs depends on Isaac's tear stat. The faster fire rate, the faster fireballs will generate. The generation rate cannot exceed 5 seconds. They can only generate in uncleared rooms.

Double-tapping a fire button causes a fireball to shoot as a fast projectile with very weak homing, leaving a trail of flames and exploding on contact.

The fireball deals 3x Isaac's damage on hit. This damage cannot go below 10.5.

The explosion deals 2 damage if the fireball hit an enemy, or 6 if it hit an obstacle.

Flames deal 25% of Isaac's damage (0.9 damage at minimum) if the fireball hit an enemy, or 0.3 damage if it hit an obstacle.

Explosions cannot hurt Isaac, nor damage the environment. However, they can extinguish fires, including ones that normally require an explosion.

The range of the fireballs is infinite. Their shot speed does not scale with Isaac's.
