Upon killing an enemy, there is a chance to spawn one of the following:
• 81.82% → nothing
• 10.00% → bone orbital
• 3.64% → friendly Bony
• 2.27% → friendly Black Bony
• 2.27% → friendly Big Bony
This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
Costs 30¢ when found in a Shop.
