The Devil Deal layouts are different than regular ones. They will always contain one or more items and a few pickups behind spikes similar to A Pound of Flesh.

The entrance is removed upon leaving the room.

Using Joker while inside the additional Devil Deal will lead to the I AM ERROR room.
Unlock: Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tarnished Judas.
