When used by Tarnished ??? Puts the currently selected creep type in the bucket, shown on the left side in the Creep Reservoir bar. Using it on another creep type will mix the 2 and create a new mixture which is immediately added to the Creep Reservoir.

The ticks of the new creep are equal to the sum of the 2 ingredients, but no more than 8.

Mixtures may not be refilled unless Tarnished ??? has Birthright which allows the ingredients to refill 2 ticks of the mixtures.

When used by any other character Causes enemies to drop Colostomy Bags when dealing damage to them. A total of (40 + 30 × CurrentFloor) × 1.4 damage is required for a bag to spawn.

Only half of the damage dealt to bosses is registered for this purpose.

No more than 3 bags may spawn per room, or 8 in Greed Mode.

Picking up a Colostomy Bag stores it in the bucket, and the type of creep stored is displayed on top of the item on the HUD.

Using Mix while a creep is already stored will spawn a large puddle of the selected creep type underneath Isaac.

Picking up another different Colostomy Bag while one is already stored will mix the two, allowing a mixture to be placed when using Mix again.

Picking up a Colostomy Bag when a mixture is already held, or picking up the same Colostomy Bag as the one currently stored, will immediately cause it to create a creep puddle on the ground, as well as making Isaac leave creep on the ground for 3 seconds.
