Rerolls all enemies and activates the effects of D12 in every new room.

Appears in the starting room when defeating the first floor's boss under a minute as Tainted Eden.

Locks all doors in Depths II when playing as Tainted Eden, forcing him to go to the Strange Door which leads to the room that unlocks Tarnished Eden.

Can only be used as Tainted Eden. Attempting to pick it up as any other character will fill the room with Glitched Gapers, and glitch out the entire game before causing a deliberate crash.

This is an Epiphany unlock challenge item - picking it up will disable achievements for the rest of the run, and display the Epiphany door icon on the HUD.

The item's name reads Glitched Photo.
