Can be used even if not fully charged.

Offers a selection of 3 random passive items from Isaac's inventory - selecting one will reroll it at the cost of 3 active charges.

Selection is performed by using the fire keys and hitting the active item button to confirm. No other inputs may be used while in selection mode, and selection cannot be canceled.

Items are rerolled into ones with the same quality, while the item pool can be any in which the original item can appear.

Cannot reroll into items from the Tarnished Eden Blacklist item group.

Golden variant Offers a selection of 6 items per reroll, and allows for 2 separate rerolls.

When used by Tarnished Eden Uses 2 active charges to reroll Tarnished Eden's stats and items, identically to the effect of him entering an undiscovered room.

If used while holding an item above the head (pickup animation) and having 12 charges, all 12 charges will be depleted and the item will be consumed.

Consumed items appear separated with a vertical divider on the HUD. These items are permanently kept and not affected by Tarnished Eden's reroll mechanics.
Unlock: Earn all completion marks as Tarnished Eden.
