Can only be used as Tainted ???. Attempting to pick it up as any other character will make them die.

This is an Epiphany unlock challenge item - picking it up will disable achievements for the rest of the run, and display the Epiphany door icon on the HUD.

Converts Tainted ???'s poop spell into creep based on the poop type.
