Teleports Isaac diametrically in the room and spawns a shadow clone in his original position.

The clone mirrors Isaac's movements diametrically and shoots tears opposite of him.

Further usages of the item makes Isaac switch positions with the clone.

The clone can move over gaps and obstacles and shoots spectral tears that deal 75% of Isaac's damage.

A shadow line is spawned between Isaac and the clone when they switch places. It deals damage equal to 40% of Isaac's damage, up to 6 times per enemy, over the course of 1 second.

Teleportation grants 1 second of invincibility frames.

The clone won't disappear as long as the item is held and was used at least once.

The clone is considered a familiar and as such is affected by most familiar modifiers.

When used by Tarnished Judas Makes Tarnished Judas and all of his clones switch places with the one diametrical to them.

A damaging shadow line is created between each of the clones.

If in an Angelic phase, an additional circle effect is created in the shadow lines' intersection. It deals damage up to 6 times per enemy using the formula: DamageStat + (10 - FireDelay ^ 1.5)) / 3.

If in Angelic Phase 3, the circle also applies the Radiant Gaze status effect to enemies it damages, causing them to take x1.5 damage from Radiance's tears.

The Radiant Gaze effect is applied from between 2.5 seconds and 8 seconds based on Radiance's distance to Tarnished Judas.
