Can be used to open any type of lock that is opened by a regular key, in addition to:
• Challenge Rooms/Boss Challenge Rooms.
• Secret Rooms.
• Uncleared room doors.
• Bomb Chests and any other unlockable chest.
• Spiked Chests and similar chests for free.
• Entering Curse Rooms for free.

When picked up, the Multitool icon replaces the key icon on the HUD as long as Isaac has one.

Holding down the drop button next to a lock will consume the Multitool to unlock it, without consuming a key.

Multiple Multitools can be obtained at once, and will be consumed individually.

Using Bombs are Key will replace the Multitool with a Giga Bomb, and vice-versa.
Unlock: Defeat Mega Satan as Tarnished Cain.
