Has a chance to grant a full Red Heart container.

The chance is 50%, or 75% if played at least 4 times.

On Hard Mode the chance:
• Starts at 10% if it has not paid out yet, followed by 25%, then 3x50%, and guaranteed to pay out on the 6th play.
• After the first payout, the chance then starts at 25%, followed by 2x50%, and guaranteed to pay out on the 4th play.

The chance for the final payout is 20 × TimesPlayed + 5, meaning it starts at 25%. It consists of a random item from the Converter Beggar item pool.

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel/Devil Deal.
• Spawns several random pickups.
Unlock: Defeat Mega Satan as Tarnished Magdalene.
