If any other character other than Tainted Keeper picks up the item, they will instantly die.

This is an Epiphany unlock challenge item - picking it up will disable achievements for the rest of the run, and display the Epiphany door icon on the HUD.

On useDeals fake damage and has a 50% chance to gulp the currently held trinket.
