Requires 3 of the pickups Isaac has most of (coins, bombs, or keys) to play.

Each use pays out 2-3 times in quick succession with one of the following:
• 58.80% → Nothing.
• 11.76% → Glitched Gaper enemy.
• 11.76% → 1-2 random pickups (coins (36.3%), keys (18.1%), bombs (18.1%), chests (10%), hearts (18.1%)).
• 7.84% → Uses a random item from the current room's item pool (60%), or the Treasure Room item pool (40%). Cannot use items that are banned for the purposes of Drawn Card.
• 3.14% → Random Essence.
• 3.14% → Random item from the Glitched Pocket item pool as a pocket item version.
• 1.96% → 70% chance to remove the current floor's curse (if any), or 30% to grant a random curse, with Curse of Darkness! being the most common choice (28.6%) while all others have an equal chance (17.9%).
• 1.57% → Final payout. Destroys itself and spawns a random item from the Glitched Slot item pool.
• 0.04% → 10 random payouts in quick succession.

Spawns several random pickups when destroyed.
Unlock: Defeat Mega Satan as Tarnished Eden.
