Grants a chance to fire corrupted tears which either reroll or completely remove enemies on hit.

The chance starts at 5.66% with 0 luck and goes up to 25% with 15 luck. Can also drop down to 0.5% with -4 luck.

Enemies that were already rerolled once will get removed if hit again with a corrupted tear.

Enemies can be rerolled into:
• 82% → random enemy from a pre-set list
• 10% → random pickup
• 8% → live bomb, shopkeeper, or fire place

Has no effect on bosses.
Unlock: Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tarnished Eden.
