Entering a new room with enemies triggers 1 out of 5 effects:

Coding (22.22%) → Spawns 3 Technical Minisaacs that disappear upon leaving the room. Their behavior is the same as the ones spawned by Giant Cell, although their appearance and the appearance of their tears (ones and zeros) is different.

Spriting (22.22%) → Spawns a pile of drawings in the room. Standing onto it grants +0.88 fire rate and activates the effects of Mom's Dressing Table.

Music (22.22%) → Speeds up the music and grants +2 range and +0.35 shot speed.

Playtesting (22.22%) → Enemies get inflicted with a random status effect for 5 seconds: confusion, fear, charm, slowing, or shrinking.

Coordinator (11.11%) → All of the above effects.
Unlock: Start a run with an Epiphany character 50 times.
