When used in a Sacrifice Room, deals a full heart of damage and gives a reward in return based on how many times it was used:
• 1 use: spawns 2 coins.
• 3 uses: spawns a Key and a Bomb.
• 6 uses: spawns a random card.
• 9 uses: spawns a random item. If Isaac has Holy Grail, it breaks.
• 12 uses: grants Holy Grail, and breaks.

If used in a Angel or Devil Room, it deals damage, rerolls all items, and breaks immediately after.

When the item breaks, it converts into Broken Bloody Sacrifice.
Unlock: Defeat the Beast as Fallen Gabriel.
