Teleports Isaac to an extra Boss Room that is not part of the floor layout. The room is chosen from the boss pool 2 floors deeper than the current floor (cannot be a final boss).

Defeating the extra boss will spawn an item normally, but no trap door or Devil/Angel Room can appear there. Isaac can exit the room normally to get back to where he was previously.
Cannot naturally be obtained in Greed Mode.
Unlock: Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted ???.
