Grants a familiar that follows Isaac and is always first in the chain of familiars.

While Isaac is firing tears, the familiar stops moving and glows, causing other familiars to remain stationary as well.

This action will cause shooting familiars to fire at nearby enemies automatically, and throwable familiars to launch themselves at enemies.

When Isaac stops shooting, King Baby rapidly moves back to Isaac.
This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
