Doesn't inflict Limb Loss or deals damage when used as The Lost or its counterparts.

The Pocket Item version held by Tainted Shuko restores 4 Red Hearts, and grants a soul heart to every player, including herself.

Also grants an additional Half Soul Heart to Tainted Shuko.
Unlock: Earn all Hard Mode completion marks as Tainted Shuko.
