Each held blaze heart spawns a blazing locust familiar that controls like its Abyss counterparts.

The locusts apply the burning debuff to enemies, dealing an extra 14 damage across 5 seconds.

On hit, the heart will break, removing the locust and spawning between 6 and 12 fireballs that deal 12 damage.

Isaac can hold a maximum of 4 locusts at a time.
