While held Any Eternal Hearts held by Isaac will be removed from his health bar and transferred into this item.

The following pickups have a chance to be replaced with an Eternal Heart:
• Micro Battery: 20%
• Lil' Battery: 50%
• Mega Battery: 100%
• Golden Battery: 100%

On use Spawns rewards based on how many Eternal Hearts are held within the item:
• 1 Eternal Heart: A random item from the Angel Room pool.
• 2 Eternal Hearts: A random Quality 1-4 item from the Angel Room pool.
• 3 Eternal Hearts: An item pedestal that cycles between a random Quality 2-4 item from the Angel Room pool and another random item from the Angel Room pool.
• 4 or more Eternal Hearts: An item pedestal that cycles between a random Quality 3-4 item from the Angel Room pool, another random item from the Angel Room pool, and a random item from the current room's pool. If used in a Devil Room, instead spawns an item pedestal that cycles between a random item from the Angel Room pool and Dead Sea Scrolls.

Attempting to use the item while no Eternal Hearts are stored will not consume the item.

When the item is used while over 4 Eternal Hearts are stored, spawns NumberOfEternalHeartsStored - 4 Eternal Heart pickups on the ground.
